Well, I tell you, it is hard when you're having to look at this Excel spreadsheet, because the teams want to know who's in the press conference up to an including hungry now.

And I'm just staring, looking at all these lines of drivers' names.

And actually, we've got Hamilton and Alonzo in the press conference in Monaco, which should be quite tasty.

Anyway, so I suppose we ought to start the show, then, Tom.

So, Damon, it's been a lay week from Formula One, a week off. What have you been up to?

Well, I've recovered from my 100 mile bike ride.

I've to be honest, about Thursday, I just suddenly felt really tired.

That's catching up with me. And then I went surfing.

So I've been spent the last two days in the wave, which I think gets quite a few mentions on this.

Down in Bristol. And I'm even more exhausted now. My upper body has had it.
