I'm your host Jonathan Samon stepping in for Spanners today and being the Monaco Grand Prix,

it's only fitting you join the Crown Jewel of F1 Podcasts.

Normally Monaco is associated with that typical progressive race, safety cars, a lack of overtaking,

one of the longest races of the year, but this year the Jewel just seemed to shine bright.

Despite it falling on the same day as the Indy 500, which it always does usually in history

and the same weekend as the Mist Apex 24-hour Enduro.

We all know you were tuning into that over the weekend too.

Monaco's 2023 edition was a race to remember.

I think I had a little bit of everything, well, except ironically no safety car,

but apart from that, it literally had everything about what Grand Prix racing is all about.

So let's dive in and unravel this ball of string.
