There's a lawmaker in Louisiana who introduced a bill banning chem trails because she believes

they're nanoparticles of chemicals released in the air for weather control and perhaps

even mind control as well. Now as Jeffrey so eloquently pointed out this is just hot air being released into a cold environment up there at 35,000 feet, which is essentially like frozen water vapor.

That's what those white clouds are.

This has been there since the dawn of jet engine travel.

We've had these ever since. This is not anything to do with the weather and somebody goes, well, if they're not doing it, who cares if you create a law to ban it?

Because this law says that the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality has to record any chem trail sightings.

So what do they do? They have anybody who sees a jet fly by?
