The actual clerks of the Supreme Court had advised my attorneys that they needed to file my petition as a rate of mandamus because at the time a rate of mandamus was indeed the way it should be.

Me being a smart mouth always I'm like no no we

should do it as a cert don't listen and he's like no the clerks always tell you

how it's supposed to be filed in the rules of the court. So I was like whatever. But having said that I'm actually kind of

excited that it was denied and I'll tell you why because I had already you know come to that conclusion in November

when they didn't take it as an emergency and I was like all right so they're

most likely going to deny it which is fantastic so I've been working on my own strategy

of what we're going to do don't be heartbroken

about over over this this isn't this isn't any failure that occurs and let me just change this to only

supporters enable it now so any failure that occurs in life, please take it as seasoning for moving forward.
