I'm straight out of the ER, feeling good, ready to be here.

It might still be high on Deloaded or the Ben and Drell that is in my system because I was so itchy from the Deloaded.

So let's see how I do today.

If I could do this today, I could podcast anytime. No, but seriously, I really was just in the ER

with a lupus flare up over Passover. And they gave me Delotted, which is amazing. I love

Delotted when I'm sick. You know, the Emo's there. But I get really itchy from it. So you kind of have to like pick your poison. So I was so itchy. I literally scratched my whole spray tan off. And I slept for the next like, I literally slept for three days since. So I got out on Sunday and then I slept until today, Tuesday. Is that three days? I don't even know anymore. But the point is, I'm here for the podcast. I could literally be dead one day and then I'm here.

So I'm excited to be here and I'm excited for our guest today. The only thing I'm not excited

about is that my spray tan is now gone because I literally scratched it off due to the Benadryl.

But before we get started to keep me going on days that I just feel knocked out or half

dead, maybe like today coming out of this flare up, I have this review of the day.
