They discuss how Moms Demand Action started, how members are making a difference at the state and federal level, and why it’s a bipartisan group (that supports the 2nd amendment) that is not just for moms. They discuss legislation, other groups and individuals that are making a difference, and how we can all get involved to decrease the epidemic of gun violence that is now a public health issue.

1:17.2	Sure. I would love to introduce myself. Just like Diane, I'm a volunteer with Mom's Demand
1:22.2	Action for Gun Sense in America. I'm the local group lead for Vernon Hills, Illinois. I've been doing that work for
1:29.3	about three years. About a year ago, I became much more deeply involved in the gun violence
1:34.8	prevention movement. And midsummer of 2017, I started working full-time as a gun violence
