Hello and welcome to Kindled. It is me, your host, Haley Williams. We are back this week with

another episode and another amazing story from a mom just like you.

But before I get into that, I just want to make a note of where we are in the summer.

It's the middle of June and some of us are starting to lose that initial steam or motivation

that we maybe had a few weeks ago to be the most awesome summer mom

there is. And, you know, I know summer looks different for everyone, but for me and for a lot of

you, I know you are home with kids. And so I guess I just wanted to kind of offer a word of,

you know, saying, you're not alone. You are not the only

mom who's feeling that way. Many of us are, you know, looking at Monday with a little bit of a

heavy heart and mind and that, uh, how, what am I going to do to like get through this week? Or

how is my child care going to shake out? Am I going to get anything done?

For a lot of us, the answer is maybe not. Maybe not as much as we thought. And maybe we are going to

mess up and yell at our kids again like we did last week. And, you know, there's just frustrations
