Can we talk about procrastination for a bit because it's something that I definitely struggle with and kind of I'm like a joke about like a professional procrastinator but I don't really I've never really unpacked like where it's from or what it's about because you've mentioned it a couple of times and also when I was like reading about you and stuff it came up a lot so what what does like procrastination mean to you in terms of
