If you were in charge of workplace policy, what was some of the first changes you'd make?

I think I would speak to Dad. In workplaces, a lot of these conversations so far have been

focused on mothers and making mothers feel better when they come back to work. And that needs to

continue. Like, we haven't got there yet. But very little talks to dads. But actually,

as a workplace, being really vocal, that new dads at work, here are our policies.

They're the same as new mums.
