gratitude, or appreciation, right? And we do this because we recognize that when we are rooted in joy, gratitude and appreciation, we cannot also be trapped by fear. We can't be trapped by loneliness, and we can't be trapped by depression. Now, fear, loneliness, and depression certainly have a role to play in any emotionally lived experience, but we can't be, we ain't got time to be trapped by them emotions no and so we try to carve out just a few minutes

environment and we do that so that we can be better optimistically primed when it comes to how we're going to navigate the issues we're going to talk about and we do it because it helps us to also think about how we're going to show up more powerfully for ourselves as life be lifing so we have this ritual it's called a moment of gratitude and it goes a little something like a lias in just a minute you're going to hear some music when that music, it's going to be an invitation to you to join the rest of us, because when we hear the music, we are going to collectively begin taking the slowest, the deepest, most lung capacity expanding, joyful heart, invigorate, and troubled mind cleansing and weary, so uplift. And we are going to take the most amazingly juicy breath. As we kick off our most important segment
