| 1:23.4 | important because they help to ensure that we are not trapped by fear, loneliness, and depression, which are also three very important emotions. We just don't want to be trapped by them. We ain't got time to be trapped by fear, loneliness, and depression when we got a world to change, both for our personal individual selves and for the global majority in which we are all apart. So this ritual, again, is called a moment of gratitude. And it's very, very simple. You ain't even got to worry about it. It is so simple. In fact, it goes a little something like this. In just a minute, you're going to hear music. And when you hear that music, it's going to be an invitation to you to join the rest of us.
