make sure that we are doing what's necessary to be energetically in the best space so that as we're

tackling the challenges of the day or just the challenges of our lives, we are also clear that we have

the capacity to overcome any and every obstacle. We have the ability to do what is necessary to allow ourselves

to thrive. And we do that. And we sit in that space of remembrance by curating intentionally

a sense of joy, gratitude, and appreciation. Those three emotions are important because what we

have learned, both from lived experience and from the confirmation and support of science,

is that when we are rooted in joy, gratitude, and appreciation, we cannot also be trapped by fear, loneliness, and depression. And that's really important because who got time to be trapped by fear, loneliness, and depression? I know I certainly don't. Not that fear, loneliness, and depression are emotions that we should never experience. We just don't want to be trapped by them because being trapped by them means we cannot do the work of living our best life, of walking in our purpose, and of doing what's necessary to make this world a better place. So the ritual, again, it's called a moment of gratitude. It is super simple. It is so simple, in fact, it goes a little something like this. Hit it. Just a minute you're going to hear some music.
