We do things decently and in order, because I am a black church girl.

Can't never evade getting things done decently and in order.

And part of our decency in order requires us to make sure that we are attuned to the proper emotional resonance

before we do the heavy deep dives into the work of Black Talklandia.

And by that, I mean, it is heavy having these conversations.

It's not the easiest things to do.

And it's also difficult just being a human being alive on planet Earth right now.

And so we recognize that in addition to our community members trying to be those better people, that life be life in.

And so we know that it could be really easy to tune out.

And we do tend to tune out as Americans when we're not tapped into
