I'm Lurie Daniel Favors, author, activist, attorney, and the host of the Lurie Daniel Favors show on Sirius XM's Urban View, Channel 126. If you like what you're about to hear, go ahead and give us five stars and then tell everybody that you know. And if you don't like it, just, child, keep it to yourself and pray our strength. Okay? Thank you so much.

Also, don't forget to check out my YouTube page, Lurie Daniel Favor's Media, where you should subscribe, like, and share, because then you'll get notified when I post videos from my show, which I do just about every single day and when I go live with my YouTube audience. 1:29.5

And then as a result, we are able to shape a better world.

1:32.8

And for us, that is how talk empowers and becomes action.

1:37.0

Now, admittedly, that work is not easy.

1:44.8

And that's really important because, frankly, Black Talk Landia work is hard. And then when you just add the fact that we are

1:49.6

living life as human beings on this planet, it can be even more challenging. So the ritual that we

1:55.1

use to help us get into a spirit of joy, gratitude, and appreciation. And those emotions are

2:00.3

important because when we are rooted in those emotions, we cannot be trapped by fear, gratitude, and appreciation. And those emotions are important because when we are rooted

2:01.8

in those emotions, we cannot be trapped by fear, loneliness, and depression. The ritual is called

2:06.5

a moment of gratitude and it goes a little something like this. In just a minute, you're going

2:12.2

to hear some music. That music is going to be an invitation to you to join the rest of us because
