And today's moment of gratitude is pretty much like every other one. It's a very simple ritual. I know some of you hearing this for the first time is like, ooh, we're going to do a ritual on radio? Yes, yes, we are. It's a very simple ritual. So simple, in fact, it gives a little something like this. Hit it! In just a minute, you're going to hear music. The music's going to be an invitation to you to join the rest of us, because when we hear it, we are going to collectively begin taking the slowest, the deepest, the most lung capacity, expanding, joyful heart, invigorate, and troubled mind, cleansing, and weary, soul, uplifting, the most amazingly juicy breath that you've ever taken with a couple million people at once |
