It's one of the easiest things that you can do for yourself every single day. It goes a little something like a video. In just a minute, you're going to hear music. The music's going to be an invitation to you to join the rest of us. Because when we hear the music, we are going to collectively do a thing that I think, I don't know if anyone else on radio is doing this, but I know we are doing this. We are going to collectively begin taking the slowest, deepest, most long capacity expanding, joyful heart and invigorating troubled mind cleansing weary soul |

I want to start by saying how grateful and appreciative I am for my team. I think I have one of best teams in the world pretty much yeah urban view definitely but I'm I'm pretty much just gonna say it mine is the best not that there's competition everyone is amazing but my crew is my crew so shout out to amina Jonah appreciate you ladies shout out to all of the urban view family the newbians the podcast community |
