And so when you add to that, the fact that life be life and all of us are just trying to live it as best we can, the reality is that we need something to help us get centered before we dive into the heavy

And because we know that we are able to choose the emotions that we want to entertain,

we use a ritual called the moment of gratitude to empower us to choose emotions of joy,

gratitude, and appreciation.

Now, the reason we settle on those emotions as the ones that we're aiming for is because we have learned both from lived experience and from the science that when you are rooted in joy, gratitude, and appreciation, you cannot also be trapped by fear, by loneliness, or depression. And when you're trying to make the world a better place, fear, loneliness, and depression can be insightful. They can help you understand things a bit more. But I ain't nobody got time to be trapped by any of these emotions. We got work to do. So the ritual that we use to help us get in a proper emotional energetic frequency is called a moment of gratitude and it goes a little something like of these. In just a minute, you're going to hear music. When you hear the music, it's going to be an invitation to you to join the rest of us.
