And I always am so grateful and appreciative for all of you who give me your time and lend me your ear. But we also know that we got to take care of our emotional center, our spiritual center for those of you who celebrate it. Oh, and for those of you who do celebrate it, Happy Easter Monday to those of you who celebrated. I know a lot of y'all was in church yesterday,

Happy resurrection weekend for the saints and the a ain't. So, but we have a ritual on this show to help us to navigate not only the challenges that we're experiencing in our own lives, but early to also navigate the difficulties of sitting in Black Talklandia for as long as we do here on this show. And that ritual is called a moment of gratitude. It's very simple. And it goes a little something like a leo.
