Because we are a show that typically dabbles in the difficult,

meaning that this is a show that often is dealing with topics that are not

the lighthearted, funny, you know, key kind of topics.

Because of that, we know that the show can be very heavy and the news can be very heavy

and it can weigh heavily on the spirit.

And so we have created a ritual that we've been using from the time the show began

that allows us to simultaneously grapple with the difficulties of the conditions of the world

and our responsibility in addressing those difficulties and to at the same time not be overcome

by the life that be life in for all of us as individuals.

So we've got two layers of challenge that we're navigating.

We're navigating our individual stressors and challenges and dreams and hopes and fears.

And then we're also navigating the world, what's happening in the world.
