Summary

Welcome back to Motherkind Moment. Moment is your place on a Monday for calm and connection and maybe even a shift in perspective before the week ahead. In this episode, I talk to Dr Samantha Hiew, who is a leading voice and expert on ADHD for women, and who was diagnosed herself aged 40 right after the birth of her second child.  So many of our Motherkind community are being diagnosed with ADHD, wondering if they have ADHD or may be curious about it. I asked Dr Samantha Hiew how does ADHD intersect with motherhood and whether it’s neurodivergence or the stress of carrying the mental load of motherhood. As always, we continue the conversation over on Instagram, so come and join us there. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
