So the first point in my diary this week, I've just written, you versus your thoughts.

And I'm going to start off with a quote which I think is incredibly relevant and pertinent

one must first discipline and control one's own mind.

And it kind of begs the question, why was Buddha so obsessed with something so internal

when referencing external factors?

And I guess my question to you is, what is your experience?

What is the experience you have as a human being?

What is that?

What is the experience you have at work?

What is controlling that?

What is the experience you have within your romantic relationship with your girlfriend

or boyfriend?

When you're sad, when you're happy, when you're celebrating a winner or a victory, when

The irrefutable answer is, it's just a bunch of thoughts, both vividly conscious thoughts
