A lot of moms don't know that. Your brain changes anatomically and cognitively after you have a baby. So the strategies don't work anymore. Nothing is wrong with you. I tell people, I tell moms, it's not you. It's your brain. We have this thing called free floating anxiety where it's this nervous tension. You can almost feel the buzzing in your body and you can't pinpoint why. What's

making me anxious? I really don't know. The mom brain has an extraordinary imagination.

Only problem is we're using it to create the worst case scenarios. Now, that's because remember,

the priority of your brain is keep your kids alive.
