Beautiful. And I love the fact that you're sitting your brand new home, which we're going to get to that in a second.

But, you know, I want to talk to you because you're one of the individuals that is a part of what we do that has truly evolved his life.

I mean, in every aspect, right? You've gotten healthier, you've got it healthier, you've got it healthier,

and that's what I want this conversation to be about.

Specifically, you're doing it even now in the midst of COVID,

in the midst of everything going on, you're still growing, right? And I want to pick your

brain so that our listeners can really listen into your story and hopefully see themselves in

you and identify with the fact that there's nothing stopping them from doing the same. So are you up for
