conferences can be a nerve-wracking experience for many. Let's do it.

Tell me more. I honestly was not very looped in on what you hosted today what was going on how to go.

Yeah so I moderated a panel it's the second panel I've ever moderated. I would say most of the speaking engagements

have done have generally been one-on-one interviews

or me delivering a speech.

I moderated a panel at Advertising Week, not to be confused with Ad Week.

I was told about this correction many times.

And the first panel I ever moderated was at South by Southwest two or three years ago on the future of media.

And you know, I find that moderating panels in general are significantly harder

than a one-on-one interview because you are you basically are trying to go deep enough

to get specific insights with in my case four people in the time it would normally take to get those insights from one person.

And so I think reconciling how in 25 minutes do you get to any level of specificity or learning

for the audience is really, really difficult.

And so at least generally for moderating,

one of my rules of thumb has always been,

actually don't try to go super deep.
