Imagine you're a self-conscious teenager wandering around the mall when a

stranger approaches you and tells you that you're gorgeous enough to be a model.

But this isn't just a compliment. They mean it too. They want to turn you into a

superstar. You probably feel it in the back of your mind. You begin slightly daydreaming

going, oh my God, what could I do with all this money and power and

celebrity and access to the world what could I do what could I accomplish and

they reel you back into reality and say all you have to do is show up to their studio, audition,

and they'll give you all the tools to make your dreams come true.

Once you make it to the final round, sure there's some fees for headshots and the

like, but a thousand dollars or two is a small price to pay for your big future, right?

The trouble is, you may never actually see that money back.

Talent schools and agencies pull these scams easily.

There's no real regulation in the industry,

and even for those that do book gigs,

their safety and well-being is hardly a priority.

Barbazon is a laughing stock.

It's a joke. If you have gone there for training if you have
