So this idea of modeling imperfection came up in episode 21, saying yes to saying no, which, by the way,

if you haven't listened to, it's a gem. I got to it really is. It's one of my favorites.

You know, I listened to it again just the other day and I was like, dang, that's good stuff.

So anyway, so we were in that episode, we were talking about how the notion, the whole idea of modeling makes so many people feel like they're in this perfection hot seat, modeling, modeling behavior for their children. And so if they don't act like sort of paragon's of perfection at all times, they are setting their

And so I would really like to suggest that it's just the opposite, that modeling imperfection
