The HBCU Fellows program, which this is the first time in league history that an NFL club has launched an HBCU specific fellows program.

I'm going to talk about it with the people that are actually building it on the ground.

And also the crew is going to discuss like who are athletes that used to be athletes, but now executives that are killing it in the game.

So athletes turn C-suite executives, baby.
