Okay so we've talked about it is mental health awareness week and so our whole episode

is kind of around that because that's something that I think we all should pay attention

to is something that I never paid attention to as an athlete.

I didn't even know what that's about as an athlete.

It was interesting to even see new age athletes talking about their mental health because

back in the day back in my day back in the day it used to have a stigma attached to it

where if you weren't mentally tough and you had mental struggles then you weren't just

a great player like that was almost a flaw a characteristic flaw of yours and so now we

progressed in in all aspects and even it's even made it to sports which is very interesting
