Welcome to the Ringer NFL show.

0:09.1

I'm your host, Shield Capadia.

0:10.8

Today, we are continuing our mock draft.

0:13.4

So if you didn't listen to the last episode, make sure you listen to that.

0:16.1

We did Deonté Lee's mock draft, the first 10 picks, picks one through 10. So today, a little different

0:22.4

exercise. We've got Austin Gale here, and we're going to talk it through picks 11 through 21.

0:29.4

Who should the teams pick? Who do we think they will pick? We got into some debates and we

0:34.2

reached some conclusions on all those picks. So this was a very, very fun exercise. Picks

0:39.7

11 through 21. Let's take a break. We come back. We'll get to it with Austin Gale.

1:01.1

All right. We are back here on the Ringer NFL show with my friend Austin Gale. We're doing picks 11 through 21 in our kind of group project mock here on this episode, Austin.

1:07.9

And we are starting at 11 with the Miami Dolphins.

1:11.6

Good luck figuring out what the dolphins should do, what they're trying to do,

1:16.3

what they want to do.

1:17.8

How do you look at their outlook here at 11?

1:20.5

And then we can talk about, hey, who are some guys they could actually consider picking?

1:24.9

Well, based on where you guys mock the first 10 picks, I do think the LSU

1:30.2

corner Mansour Delane is the best prospect available and probably fits what the Miami Dolphins

1:36.4

need, like, in a very big way.

1:39.1

I don't know when the last time you looked at the Dolphins secondary is.

1:42.4

I kind of wanted to read off some of the corners and safeties they have. Darrell Baker Jr., projected as a starter, undrafted for agent, 2022, just signed a one year, $1.4 million deal, over 1,800 snaps play with Indy and Tennessee. Don't really know what you have in him. He's played a little bit, but not like a plus starter. Storm Duck, has battled injuries pretty much his entire time in the NFL. Played in week one, hurt his ankle, came back in week eight, hurt his knee, like injuries everywhere. Then you have Juju Brent, a former second rounder out of Kansas State that I actually liked. Also battled injuries, not sure where he's going to play. Jason Marshall, their fifth round rookie from last year, played a lot in the slot, but didn't play every game. Like, it's a lot of inexperience.

2:17.8

It's a lot of injuries.

2:18.7

Even when you look at safety, they lose Minka Fitzpatrick to the Jets.
