I just, you know, baseball's back on. You know, we've got hot stove action. It's turning spring.

I'm all I'm all ready to go. I'm ready to mock. I'm good. Let's go.

Well, it's it's turning very, very red hot summer for the Welsh who continue out in the sun. Yeah.

And getting redder and redder by the minute. I still look good. No, I don't, I don't look to learn.

You look great. I gotta be honest with you. I was very worried about how I was going to look today

because there is some video on the YouTube channel YouTube dot com slash fantasy pros.

If anybody follows me on Twitter, at is it the Welsh they know that I have been out all week in spring training.

And yesterday I was a hobnob and with some, some big shots there. Take it's a pictures.

But I was out in the sun the entire day. And I also would like to report Joe.

This is I did. I had a very dangerous experiment that I did all day.

I then went to the Diamondbacks game. And I don't know if you know this.

They have a full bats. It's probably like about that size that I just showed on the video that can be filled with adult beverages.

And I did consume a full bat of adult beverage with no food and all sun during the day.
