I mean, they're really economically challenged, right? It's really the majority of America,

unfortunately, is in this situation now. And I think a lot of people don't know that. It's probably

half of America that's making less than 30 grand a year. And you're like, well, what does that,

what does that get you for housing allowance? And it's not, you know, 600 bucks a month. Like,

Hey there.

So let's jump into, you know, obviously you're in the mobile home space and I'm in the

multifamily space and some, you know, these things get classified, you know, A's, B, C's, even D's, you know,

and then they start saying like A plus, A minus, you know, C plus, C minus, all that kind of stuff.

But at the end of the day, we're really talking about this affordable housing issue, which I think is a huge issue.

I actually had a lunch with our governor of Arizona recently about this exact thing, about rent control and affordability and all that kind of stuff.

What's happened, as you know, in the last 10 years, the deals were there, but now all the rents have gone up the housing prices

have gone up and wages haven't kept up right so you've got these these people that are hard work and

you know making whatever they're making but rents have gone like this and housing prices have gone

like this and and you know inflation and all that kind of stuff and so we're now in this face with this affordable housing issue
