For the first time in more than 200 years the U.S. Capitol building was invaded and overrun. There's a lot we'll get to about what happened and the fallout, but it all started with what was supposed

to be a peaceful rally. Pro-Trump protesters were getting together just as Congress was meeting

to certify and finalize President-elect Joe Biden's victory.

Around noon, President Trump spoke to the crowds

and told them to walk down to the Capitol.

And he said, quote,

you will never take back our country with weakness.

You have to show strength.
