So to go back a few years about seven I think we had a big old storm and our

district we have 83 single dwellings on our power grid. It's called they was the

lamp lighter development in the 1960s and apparently they still have the same

power grid that they had in the 1960s. Now 25 years ago they came to us with a

proposal to bury the power lines and our cheap ass neighbors voted it down.

So we still have the same above ground power lines that we had in the 1960s.

So about seven years ago they blew her out. It was out for four days.

My basement flooded. I remember that.

And by the time we got the things out that's when I found out that the clever

insurance industry when the water comes in from the outside you're not covered.

You need flood insurance. Did you know this Kenny you need flood insurance.

Oh yeah.

Well I don't pay attention to anything. So I said don't worry honey. We're insured.

I know we weren't cost about 13,000 by the time we got done putting that do a

little rooms down.
