0:31.4	released police officers on-the-job training. He was involved in a shooting. He spotted a car that was owned by a known drug dealer in the area that also had several
0:42.9	active warrants. They knew he had warrants. The warrants almost all were for drug dealing,
0:48.4	specifically possession of several different drugs, marijuana, cocaine, heroin, pretty much anything you can think
0:56.2	of. But after spotting the car, the police officer asked if there was a police helicopter
1:00.6	available if he was actually up in the air, fearing that the suspect's going to try to drive off
