Welcome to the Yahoo Fantasy Forecast, and it is a hell of a day to talk ball.

We have the usual people's panic meter, the waiver wire to go through on this show.

But first, we have to talk through a really big,

exciting Monday night football game, Lions 38, Ravens 30. This game got weird, I would say,

in the fourth quarter, because going into it, going into that fourth quarter, I'm thinking, man, this is a really,

Troy Aikman described it as a heavyweight fight, which I think was a perfect way to describe it.

Like this was two really good teams kind of on their A game going back and forth.

And a lot of big players stepping up in big moments and putting together really to just, hey, these are teams that didn't play their best football in week one, obviously for the Ravens, different reasons than for the lions.

And they come out here one-on-one and they're both showing why they're two of the best teams in the NFL.

And then the Ravens kind of do what the Ravens do, man. And I hate to say it, but it's kind of a trend.

You know, it's in these big games against big, really good teams,

they just kind of play like a weird mixture of like too sloppy but also too tight in these moments too.
