White House Borders'R Tom Homan says the Immigration Enforcement Operation in Minnesota known as Operation Metro Surge is coming to an end. Remember, about 3,000 federal

agents were on the streets at one point. Homan took control of the operation after the killings of

Renee Good and Alex Pretti and announced a partial drawdown earlier this month. But he said

today the overall mission across the country is not changing. President Trump made a promise

of mass deportation, and that's what this country's going to get.

But it's smart law enforcement due to target enforcement operations.

Meanwhile, in Washington, Democratic sources tell CNN that Democrats are unlikely to accept the

counteroffer from the White House to rain in ICE ahead of a deadline tomorrow night to fund the Department of Homeland Security.

If the department does shut down, ICE will not really be impacted.

It's already funded to the tune of $75 billion through 2029 from Trump's big domestic policy

bill last year.

Instead, agencies like TSA, FEMA, and the Coast Guard could see their operations disrupted.
