more than 250 episodes anyway that's a little bit of self-backslapping there.

I've been known to say here on meaningful money that really there are only three uses of money.

They are spending, investing, and giving away.

All right? Now I talked lots and lots about the first two. I'm always telling people

to spend more money and joy the money that they've got. It's part of our financial well-being. I talk

obviously a lot about investing and saving for the future, but I haven't talked much

about giving money away. That's something I'd quite like to rectify really. But my guest today is here to help

me redress that balance a little bit. So after my conversation with Lauren, I'm going to look at
