Well, if not quite the nation, then the state of this show anyway, and this is the podcast

dedicated to helping you put your finances in order. My name is

Pete Matthew and I'm going to share with you everything you need to know and everything you

need to do to secure your financial future. I'm here to help you make sense of money.

Yes, I am. Good evening folks. I say good evening because it is evening. It's very late. It's actually only four and a half hours before this episode is due to go live. I think this might be the closest I've ever pushed it, actually. Been a crazy few days. I had a bit of time off over the weekend, went up to see my brother in South Wales,

so I'm definitely behind.

I've also got a presentation to prep for a conference.

I'm going to in a couple of weeks.

I'm about six days late with that.

So, yeah, basically just about hanging in by my fingertips, but that's okay.

What I thought I did today is we approach the five-year anniversary of the

first ever episode of the Meaningful Money podcast. I thought it might be a good idea to step back.

Take a little look at where we've been, where we've come, more importantly, where we're going.

And as far as the latter is concerned, I want to ask for your help. So stay tuned. I've got a

favor to ask you. So after the main body of the show,

as usual, I'll look at a couple of reviews that have been left recently, announced the next
