Over my 20-year career as a financial advisor, I've seen loads of people involved with family

businesses or working with family.

Where I'm in Cornwall, this is very often in agriculture, fisheries, but we've got clients

with family businesses in pretty much every conceivable

industry. And no matter what the industry, it's fair to say there is a unique dynamic within

family businesses, which can be both a blessing and a challenge. So I'm joined today by my friend

and fellow financial planner Russ Hayworth. Now, Russ specializes

in advising families that work together. And he's coming on the show to talk about the particular

issues which apply to family businesses. So after that, we're going to look at some reviews that

have been left as usual, announce to the next session topic. But before any of that, remember,
