I will always bang the drum on this show for financial advice. And obviously, I have a vested interest in doing so, being an advisor, financial planner myself.

But even though I have that vested interest, I am absolutely convinced

that a good advisor will cover his or her fees many times over by adding value to the relationship

in many ways. Now, you could call that an advisor's alpha. Alpha is the, we usually sort of use that

term for fund managers, and it's the sort of added value that you get, that they give you by making good investment decisions, right? But this, you could call this advisor's alpha. It's the added value that somebody who has a good advisor gets over and above somebody who does all their financial planning themselves.

So, Advisors Alpha, that's what my guest and I are going to be talking out today.
