Hey, hey, welcome back. Good to have you with me once again. I remembered not to say, yes, I am at the end of that intro, as I've got into the ridiculous habit of doing recently. So good, sidestep that line mine. Let's say you've got some extra money available each month.

Should you pay down your mortgage more quickly? Or should you invest the surplus instead?

Or maybe you've got an inheritance coming. Should you pay off your mortgage with that lump sum?

Or should you invest it? It's a question which isn't easily answered. And the reason for that is because maths and emotion are often at odds. So stay tuned, folks, for lots of

vagueness and sitting on the fence as we look at whether you should pay off your mortgage or

invest. That's coming up shortly. I've got one review this week. I'll read that towards the
