On June 7, 2021, Paul and Maggie Murdaugh were found murdered on their 1,700-acre property, Moselle, near Hampton, South Carolina.Alex Murdaugh called 911 at 10:07 PM, reporting his wife and son were shot. The 911 call was released six weeks later. Paul was shot twice, and Maggie was shot multiple times. SLED took over the case due to potential conflicts of interest with the local sheriff's office. No arrests have been made, and speculation surrounds Alex Murdaugh as a person of interest. 0:15.1	This is The Murdoch Murdoch's podcast. On the evening of June 7th, 2021, 22-year-old Paul Murdoch and his 52-year-old mother,
0:36.2	Maggie Murdoch, were found murdered
0:38.3	on their 1,700-acre property called Mozel, which is about 60 miles west of Charleston, South Carolina.
0:45.3	Around 10.07 p.m., Paul's father and Maggie's husband, Alec Murdoch, called 911.
0:52.3	The phone call was released by the lead investigating agency in the
0:55.9	Murdoch murders, which is the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division, also known as SLED,
1:01.1	about six weeks after the murders on July 22nd, 2021. We're not sure what exactly made the South
1:09.1	Carolina law enforcement division release the 911 call now.
