Good, really good.

Got home last night from the travel down to go to the 49ers game,

which game itself was a dud if you're a 49ers fan.

If you're Seahawks fan, you're probably happy with the result.

Yeah, it was super fun.

Super fun to take my kids down.

Their first kind of experience in a large venue like that.

Like we've got to Boise State football games, but that's obviously a whole different level there to be down there in an NFL game.

It was a cool atmosphere.

Well, yeah, we had the actual New Year's Day podcast where you and I just kind of informally chatted about past and future and whatever. And we mentioned in there,

keeping going with the Monday minutes this year. So here we are. And appreciate the feedback from

people with that episode. We got some good messages and stuff. And thanks to all you guys listening for

always sharing that. And again, just for supporting the show. Yeah, there's a ton going on

behind the scenes, some of which we hinted at in that conversation. But today we're just going to get

right into listener questions. I pulled a few recent ones here. This first one was from Teigen, and this question

kind of made me chuckle a little bit, but he said, I would love to hear what you guys do with

rib meat when quartering and butchering your animals and then cooking meat. He said, I've never

seen so much conflicting info. I don't know what

he means by conflicting info with rib meat, whether that's just as simple as some people say it's

worthless and some people say it's amazing. I don't know if that's the only conflicting info or if there's
