The problem is, most of the information isn't truly helpful. Instead of talking about some secret diet, a magic supplement, or selling you any shortcut, we wanted to talk with our buddy Kyle Kamp about some simple, practical, and truly helpful strategies to clean-up your diet in 2019. Kyle is not only a registered and practicing Dietician — he has gone through a significant weight loss journey in his past. So there's a lot of information out there this time of year on diet and change and nutrition
