I am fantastic.

What a week closer September.

I was going to say welcome to another Monday and another week closer at this exact same train of thought.

It's crunch time.

It's basically August at this point.

So it's getting real for sure.

Are you doing anything fitness wise to kind of ramp up like a six week program or just kind of sticking with what you've been doing all summer?

That's a good question.

So I have basically.

So after the death hike, I needed a little bit of recovery time on my knee and stuff like that.

So I was just kind of doing miscellaneous stuff for a couple weeks.

And then I'm basically rolling into, uh, yeah, obviously get more specific.

I'm taking that ultimate predator predator program from Atomic Athlete and doing that with a little bit bit of my own customizations.

But one thing I'm kind of super interested in.

I've never done this combo is I'm basically for most weeks doing one hike.

One step up session and then one tire drag session.

So I've done a lot of hiking before, done a lot of step ups before.

I haven't done a tire drag much before.

And I'm curious how doing the mix of the three of those is going to prepare me.

So it'll be interesting because there's been years where I've mainly

done step ups and now this combination of the three.
