Mossy, how are you doing on this Monday, April 12th in the year 2021?

I am doing well, but I am not the story today. We have Ruth and Garrig on the

podcast to blockbuster guests so why don't you get to that and bring them in as quickly

as possible? I mean we have had sporadically,

but we have had guests now on the show.

But we've never had two guests on the show.

And I can't think of a better way to start this trend

of having more guests on the show than to welcome, you know,

two greats, let's be honest, all right, Marisa Dew and Stuart Holden.

Marisis is your first time on the show.

Stuart Holden, you've been back and before we actually came online,

before Stu jumped on because he needed some time to deal with his hair, Mo was telling us that he was a little

perturbed that he thought he was going to get the whole platform and spotlight of this and not have to share it with stew and I let him know a trade secret here's what happens mow all right anytime Stuart Holden is involved you end up looking great.
