Well, this is interesting.

He said it's going to be the end of expansion

for a period of time until we're ready to expand again. This from the

MLS Commissioner. Dumping a bucket of cold water on the possibility of

Indianapolis getting a soccer team. Okay, so this was really interesting and so much of our society is the headline, right?

Because so many people don't actually read the articles.

Here's the headline from Indy Star. and they didn't do Hogs at any

favors with this headline. MLS Commissioner Don Garber cools talks of

expansion to Indianapolis and you're reading that and you're like, oh my gosh, it's all over.

When you read the article a little more in depth, they say,

look, we don't know what's going to happen in the future,

and we don't even know when the future is is but right now there are no plans to go to

Indianapolis. San Diego just just opened or is getting ready to open its doors in

2025 with an MLS team and they simply said

look with the World Cup coming in we're not going to even mess with this right now and

it will be the the I don't think they use the term distant future but it will not be this year or next year or even the year after that that we are going to announce any sort of franchise expansion.
