My name is Joe Lowry, and today we are digging into the MLS post season.

We're going to talk through the conference finals that took place on Saturday.

FC Cincinnati and the Columbus crew with Columbus prevailing in the Eastern Conference,

and L-AFC taking care of business at home against the Houston Dynamo to win the West.

We're going to talk about those games and look ahead to MLS Cup on Saturday in Columbus, Ohio,

which is where I will be on Saturday throughout this week.

To do all of that with me is the one, the only, David Goss. David, good to see you, first of all. And second of all, how are you? I'm fantastic. I love Columbus, Ohio. So I'm stoked for you. I won't be going, but I'm stoked for you. I'm stoked for the city of Columbus. Columbus is low-key, a great city.

Okay. So let's unpack this, please. I already threw shade by saying low-key.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I think, but it's also a little, a little warranted, right? I'd say that as someone from Phoenix, so I get people talking about about Phoenix all the time. I want to understand from you, David, because you have been there clearly and have good things to say about it.

I have not.

I've never been to the great or maybe not so great state of Ohio.

I've never been to the great or maybe not so great state of Ohio. I've never been to Ohio, never set foot in Ohio. Walk me through Columbus, what you like about it, what makes it good, all that stuff.

So I think a lot of people from Columbus would say it's not like super similar to the rest of Ohio. And's kind of one of the saving graces so I'm not speaking about Ohio right now. So you can about Columbus specifically, but it's a good city. It's a growing city. Like I think I went for the first time in 2013. Are we talking metro population right now, David? Are we talking population? Don't even get me started.

I'm pretty sure Columbus has been on the list. Ten fastest growing cities in America for a few years now. But just like I went there, I think 2013 for the first time for USA, Mexico, had like one of the best days in my life. I took a Greyhound bus through Pittsburgh for 18 hours or something like that to get there.

Then I walked from downtown to out where the old stadium was, which is a hike.

And then like drank in a bar for like 12 hours and then went to the game, the US won,
