content in this industry. Something I wish I was better at. I feel like there's only so many hours

in the day. And sometimes I'll just, you know, I need to like listen to music instead of the

podcast. But I really, there's so much good work being done in our community. You know, between TGFBI, Raz, Raz slam, and of course, the podcast bracket that Chris does, you know, I've gotten this exposure to so many other great, great podcasts out there knowing that. You know, and I know people from Tout Wars already,

so it's good to get to know more than new school. I'm old school. So it's good to know in the new school and getting more with that. This is the second time I've been on a camera with you. I was on you with you with the triple play 100th episode. So that was fun too. But let's jump right into your calling card. It's moving averages, rolling averages, some people call it there.

And it's a concept that's used in finance a lot, but maybe not as much in the fancy sports industry.
