Proxy. Nothing personal word of the day for Tuesday, January 4th,

2022 is proxy. Proxy is when you do someone else's bidding.

It doesn't matter what, and it could be an appropriate atmosphere. It could be in a relationship

atmosphere. It could be at a grocery store. When you go in to a conversation and you say something

to someone that is on behalf of someone else, it's not really what you feel. You've never given

it thought. You don't want the quarter pound of roast beef. You're getting it for your significant

other. You don't really want to vote in favor of the following resolution that allows for casual

days on Fridays, but you are asked to put in the vote for your boss or for someone who you answer

to or for someone who actually just has the vote. That's what a proxy is.

Proxy is the word of the day today, because an article came out in the Los Angeles Times

where Mighty Max Scherzer gave an extensive interview about the lockout in Majorly Baseball

about issues that are happening. And guess what? We're going to talk about what he said, but it was

him talking. His mouth was moving. His mouth was moving, but it was Scottie Boras who was talking.
